Training and qualification at every level

We train and qualify maritime and facility security teams at every level — from awareness sessions for terminal staff who are not security personnel, through to the officers who run access control, screening and the response to an incident. Programmes follow international protocols and the practice set out in the ISPS Code.

Courses are delivered at the client's own facility, or at a venue of their choosing, in Arabic or English. Classroom work is paired with practical drills on site, because a procedure is only proven once a team has run it under pressure.

How a programme is built

We start from the facility's own security plan and the gaps its team already knows about, then set the course content and length against them. Each programme closes with a practical drill, an assessment of the participants and an attendance record for the facility's files.
